What is the Inner Game?
This Workshop presented by The Inner Game School introduces the history and fundamental concepts of the Inner Game created by Tim Gallwey during his decades of learning, whether in the sports world or in the corporate field.
Timothy Gallwey is the pioneer of psychology applied to sports and the corporate world, known as the precursor of Coaching advised great personalities and companies such as AT&T, IBM, Apple, Coca-Cola, Arch, GE, Harley-Davison, Anheuser-Busch among others. He graduated from Harvard, where he graduated in Literature and was the captain of the Tennis Team during the 1960s. Since the 1970s he has been devoting himself to disseminating The Inner Game.
His first book focused on applying his method to tennis players, the book “The Inner Game of Tennis” sold more than 2 million copies in the US and is still the best-selling sports psychology book according to Amazon.

It is an initiation to the application and self-learning process of The Inner Game concept. According to Gallwey within us there are two voices that struggle every second to dominate our actions. The potential, true voice that was born with us pushes us to a full life, full of achievements and learning. The other voice, which nourishes us with obstacles, criticizes and judges us incessantly, was generated based on our contact with the outside world: parents, educators, culture and society.
In this intense day of activities and exchanges of experiences, the participant will be able to understand how the Inner Game happens and how it can be won. Packed with examples and history, this introductory module has as main objective to make each participant begin to have contact with their potentialities and possible interferences, for sure, an unforgettable day.
